Half Day birding in Machu Picchu forest

Starting at 7:00 AM from Aguas Calientes town, we’ll begin our walk, eagerly searching for the birds of Machu Picchu along 3 km of flat trails in the Machu Picchu forest. As we journey, your expert birdwatching guide will point out the best spots, including riverbanks and smaller trails, perfect for capturing stunning photos of the local birdlife. Following this, we’ll continue our birding adventure through the forest, spot unique species such as toucans, parrots, the Andean Cock-of-the-Rock, and many other incredible birds in the remote cloud forests.
